Purchasing

Buying a property is often the biggest financial decision that you will ever make, so it makes sense to get advice from a lawyer you can trust. Making an offer and entering into a contract to purchase a property without knowing your legal rights can have profound long term consequences.

We are happy to guide you through the conveyancing process and answer any questions you may have along the way.

We have noticed that a lot of properties in the area are being sold at auction.  Please see our Auction Tips page for further information.

Selling

Selling your house or unit?  The first thing you need to do is to have a contract for the sale of the property prepared. Putting your house on the market without a proper contract is an offence under NSW law and could lead to you being fined.

Once an offer is made on your property the purchaser may wish to negotiate the terms and conditions in the contract before they agree to buy.
